Subtitles as an editable document

SRT is great for players but awkward to read or edit as a document. A Word file drops the cue numbers and (optionally) the timing and lays the dialogue out as normal paragraphs, so anyone can open it, comment, and revise.

Pick one cue per paragraph to keep each subtitle as its own block, or a reflowed transcript to run the dialogue together into continuous prose. Optionally keep the timestamps as small grey headings and add a title. The document is built in your browser and downloads as a standard .docx.

FAQ

Does it need Microsoft Word installed?

No. The tool builds a standard .docx file in your browser. It opens in Word, LibreOffice Writer, Google Docs, Pages, and anything else that reads Word documents.

Can I keep the timestamps?

Yes. Turn on Include timestamps and each cue's start and end time appears as a small grey heading above its text. Leave it off for a clean reading transcript.

Is my file uploaded?

No. The document is generated entirely in your browser. Your subtitle file never leaves your device and no server is involved.
